Sheet extrusion

We bought our first extruder line in 1996 in response to the need for a consistent supply of quality sheet material for our vacuum-forming process.

In 2018, we upgraded to a high-speed extrusion line capable of extruding more than 3 tons of material per hour including a fully automatic cutting and sheet de-stacking system.

While our experience is built on the production of High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), we are also capable of producing PolyStyrene (PS), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), and Polypropylene (PP) sheets.
